Family Movie Nights
The Recreation Commission sponsors several movie nights throughout the year showing newly released, family friendly movies. Summer events are at Townsend Park and, in the winter months, movies are shown in the Municipal Building.
Pickleball Court Fundraiser
​The NBARC is raising money to transform the front tennis court into a duel use of pickleball and tennis to address interest express by community members. Please help if you can. Every donation makes a difference.
Halloween Parade 1 Mile Dash
Prior to the annual Halloween Parade, the Recreation Commission holds their Halloween Parade 1 Mile Dash, an all-ages 1 mile run down Third Avenue. Participants must be registered and encouraged to be dressed in a costume.
